Data processing
PSM Reseach Team is the Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and therefore the following information on the processing is provided:
Purposes and legitimacy of the processing: maintaining a commercial relationship (due to the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and sending communications about products or services (with the consent of the interested party, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data retention criteria: they will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal requirements that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.
Data communication: the data will not be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation.
Rights of the User:
– Right to withdraw consent at any time.
– Right to access, rectify, port and delete your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
– Right to file a claim with the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
